Hello, Beautiful Souls. I’m Linda and I’m so glad you found my blog. In 2009 after years of being misdiagnosed I was finally diagnosed with Celiac. For the first six years I had my Celiac under control. The past two years sadly due to stress my immune system is out of control. Last week I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and adrenal fatigue. Enough is Enough… I need to put myself first so I’ve decided to start blogging again and share my struggles in hopes I can help and inspire others.

I love cooking so I’ll start sharing great gluten-free plant based recipe I find, test out and love. I do try to take daily pictures of my food and share them on Instagram but I’ll make a point of doing a What I ate Wednesday here on my blog.
This will not be the place that I will write about my personal life. I want to keep this blog about my mind, body and spiritual health.
I’m a yogi, I have finally finished my 500 hours of teacher training but right now with my Celiac out of control, Hashimoto’s and adrenal fatigue I’m not mentally or physically able to teach.
I start every single day with meditation and prayer. It takes 21 days to form a habit so I want to find and share meditation techniques that help me.
I’m a hippie at heart so I’m obsessed with finding Boho DIY projects to do on weekends.
