Well I thought I would come update everyone on my step father. Monday Dec 5th at 1:45pm with my mother and I standing beside him my step father went to be with our heavenly Father. Since his passing it’s really been a long week. Nothing was re-planned and my mother was no prepared for anything. We spent all day tuesday making calls and arrangements. Wednesday mom and I spent the day calling people and letting them know he was gone. Thursday I had to take mom to the dr because she was still getting over the flu. I’m happy to say she’s finally over the flu and feeling better. Friday we all crashed from exhaustion. It’s really been a long week and I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for all the thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I just went through the same situation. My Mother passed Dec. 1 and nothing was prearranged and I had to handle everything. With God’s Grace I was and still am handling a lot.
My husband has been sick for a long time and was just diagnosed with Celiac Sprue Disease.
Overwhelmed to say the least. I found your website and here I am. Not sure where to start? You have some great recipes thank you!
